Annual Certification

Each state and territory require building owners to ensure their buildings meet performance and maintenance standards. AESG helps with this by preparing the necessary certifications as part of its annual audit service. These include the Annual Essential Safety Measures Report in Victoria, the Annual Fire Safety Statement in New South Wales, the Occupier's Statement in Queensland, and Form 3 in South Australia. For states that don't require official certification, AESG still verifies that the buildings comply with industry best practices.
